Quadopus

So I took a break from my Afghan blanket to work on my octopus! It takes a whole lot of work.. I have to keep track of my stitches, stuff it, and sew it up enough that a toddler can't pull his legs off! Here is a picture of my work station at the kitchen table:

Here is my "quadopus:"

He's looking cuter and cuter with each leg! Once finished, I'd probably sell him for about $10. Anyone interested?? :)

^^That's my new website where I'm going to start selling my finished products soon! I'm super excited. I bought a bunch of stuff from Joann's yesterday for my mini-business. I bought cardstock, a stamp, inkpads, holepunch, and specialty scissors to attach my info to my products! :)

My Introduction..

Right now I am working on my first real Afghan blanket. After two years, I have finally finished all the stripes! All I have left is the boarder.

It is made with both wool and acrylic yarn. I hope to have it completely finished by tonight so that I can continue on my next project!

I am also working on a stuffed octopus to give to one of my cousins! It is creme colored with green, heart-shaped, button eyes. So far, I have only finished his body (I forgot my stuffing in Baltimore so I can't really work on his legs, yet). I also have to make his smile!!

* Sorry for the bad picture quality... I forgot my camera in Baltimore so I'm just using my phone.
